ams Osram sells non-core assets to focus on high-tech semiconductor business

amsram announced the sale of its wholly owned subsidiaries’ micro-nano optical components assets in Singapore and Switzerland to Focuslight Technology to focus on its high-tech semiconductor business and its automotive and specialty lighting businesses. The sale will help amsram achieve its “re-base” strategic efficiency plan.
