In the past decade, the heterogeneous integration team led by Ou Xin, a researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, has focused on breakthroughs in high-quality single-crystal thin film preparation and common heterogeneous integration technologies, while also focusing on the layout of 5G/6G high-frequency acoustic RF filters, high-speed integrated photonic devices, and high-power electronic device technologies based on heterogeneous integrated materials. Shanghai New Silicon Polymer Semiconductor Co., Ltd., incubated by the heterogeneous integration team, is making every effort to promote the engineering and industrialization of key technologies for heterogeneous integrated materials, laying a core heterogeneous material foundation for independent innovation and development in related fields in China.
