LG Chem and Factorial Energy collaborate to advance solid-state battery technology

South Korea's LG Chem and the US company Factorial Energy have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly develop solid-state battery materials. This cooperation will leverage LG Chem's strengths in battery materials and Factorial's experience in solid-state battery technology in order to achieve technological leadership in the next generation of batteries. Both parties believe that a close supply chain partnership will help accelerate technological change in the electric vehicle industry.
