Rogue Valley Microdevices announces new Florida wafer fab to support 12-inch MEMS foundry

Rogue Valley Microdevices (RVM), a pure-play MEMS foundry in the United States, recently announced that its second new fab in Palm Bay, Florida, will have 12-inch MEMS wafer foundry capabilities. The plant will be used to manufacture MEMS and sensors, is expected to employ approximately 75 employees, and is scheduled to start production in 2025.
