Chinese self-driving company Horizon Robotics plans Hong Kong listing

Horizon Robotics, a Chinese autonomous driving technology company, has submitted an IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, seeking to go public. In the past three years, with the rapid development of China's smart electric vehicle industry, the company's revenue has grown from RMB 460 million to RMB 1.55 billion, with an annual compound growth rate of more than 80%. Horizon Robotics focuses on providing advanced driver assistance and high-level autonomous driving solutions for passenger cars, integrating algorithms, software and hardware processing capabilities. As of now, Horizon Robotics' cumulative shipments have exceeded 5 million units, serving 31 car brands and more than 230 models. In 2023 alone, Horizon Robotics has received orders for more than 100 new models.
