Raycus launches new generation of high-efficiency cutting tool

Raycus Laser has launched a high-performance 12000W single-module continuous fiber laser designed specifically for automotive manufacturing, aiming to improve the efficiency of medium and thin plate cutting and reduce costs. The device is comparable to a 20000W laser in cutting speed and stability, while having higher power redundancy, stability, anti-high-reflection capability and safety. In addition, its flexible control method and intelligent monitoring function also ensure the convenience and real-time operation. According to tests, the laser is 85% more efficient and 50% less expensive than traditional equipment in medium and thin plate cutting.
