Ganfeng Lithium and Pilbara sign cooperation agreement to jointly develop lithium resources

Ganfeng Lithium and Australian lithium mining company Pilbara signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop lithium resources. Both parties plan to invest 50% each in the feasibility study of the lithium chemical plant project and jointly decide whether to advance the final investment and establish a joint venture based on the results of the study. Pilbara promised to supply 300,000 tons of lithium concentrate to the joint venture annually.
