Keyou Semiconductor achieved mass production in the same year it was put into production

After Keyou Semiconductor carved out a path in the fiercely competitive SiC substrate market and successfully won a long-term order of over 200 million yuan for export to Europe, in September 2023, Keyou Semiconductor's substrate processing production line was completed; in October, the first batch of 8-inch silicon carbide substrates rolled off the production line; currently, the annual production capacity has steadily expanded to thousands of pieces. As of the end of December 2023, Keyou Semiconductor has achieved sales orders of more than 600 million yuan, achieving "mass production in the same year of production". Keyou Semiconductor's silicon carbide substrate production line has been put into production, achieving an annual production capacity of 50,000 pieces of 6-inch substrates, with a market price of 4,000 to 6,000 yuan per piece; the annual production capacity of 8-inch substrates is about 5,000 pieces, and the market price varies from tens of thousands of yuan per piece depending on the grade.
