Continental and Ambarella Collaborate on Advanced Driver Assistance and Autonomous Driving Systems

Continental and Ambarella announced a collaboration to develop AI-based advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems to improve vehicle safety. The two parties will jointly develop end-to-end hardware and software solutions, including camera perception solutions and scalable full-stack system solutions. These solutions will use multi-sensor fusion technology, including high-resolution cameras, millimeter-wave radars, and lidars. The first batch of mass-producible solutions is expected to be available globally in 2026.
