ALT and Yazaki China establish joint venture

ALT and Yazaki China signed an agreement to establish a joint venture to jointly develop core technologies for high-voltage electric systems for new energy vehicles. This move aims to leverage the technology and product advantages of both parties in the global market to solve the energy consumption and mileage issues of new energy vehicles. The joint venture is expected to be registered in a first-tier city in China, and a working group composed of senior executives from both parties will be responsible for its advancement.
