Hyliion adjusts strategic focus

Hyliion refocused its vehicle propulsion systems strategy in October 2023 to focus on stationary power generation applications. The company acquired the Karno generator technology from GE Additive and applied it to the fuel-independent system on its Hypertruck platform. The Karno generator can play an important role in the field of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, while also being used for other applications such as prime power.
