NXP launches automotive-grade i.MX 93 processor

NXP's automotive-grade i.MX 93 processor is designed to reduce traffic accidents through advanced driver monitoring and passenger monitoring systems. The processor integrates two Arm Cortex-A55 cores, an Arm Cortex-M33 core, and an Arm Ethos-U65 neural processing unit (NPU), which can be applied to a variety of AI-based automotive applications. In addition, the i.MX 93 processor also supports multiple operating systems, such as embedded Linux, FreeRTOS, GHS, QNX, and AutoSAR, and provides rich development resources.
