Dutch semiconductor company NXP has released the industry’s first dedicated 16nm imaging radar processor, the S32R45, which integrates four Arm® A53 cores and three lock-step Arm M7 cores, as well as 8MB SRAM and LPDDR4 external flash memory to improve radar processing performance.
