On January 31, Beiyi Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. signed two projects in Mudanjiang Muling Economic Development Zone, namely a wafer factory project with a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a discrete device production and processing project with a total investment of 200 million yuan. The completion of these two projects will fill the gap in the power semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and provide products for new energy vehicles, charging piles and other fields.
