In response to recent reports that Toyota's joint venture in China plans to introduce plug-in hybrid technology, Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. responded through its media service center "Tanxiao Fengsheng Bar" that there is no clear official information yet. Toyota emphasized that its hybrid models account for 30% of its total global sales, demonstrating the strength of its intelligent electric dual-engine technology.
