Hanwei Technology acquires 51% of Naje Micro's shares and enters the MEMS wafer manufacturing industry

Recently, Hanwei Technology, a leading domestic gas sensor company, announced the acquisition of 51% of the shares of Jiaxing Najie Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (Najie Micro), marking Hanwei Technology's official entry into the MEMS wafer manufacturing industry. Najie Micro focuses on the design, manufacturing and packaging and testing of MEMS chips, and also holds a 45.45% stake in Zhejiang Xindong Technology Co., Ltd. (Xindong Technology), which owns a 6-inch MEMS wafer foundry with comprehensive MEMS chip production capabilities.
