Xi'an Tangjing Quantum Technology breaks foreign monopoly and achieves domestic leading position in optoelectronic chips

The GaAs VCSEL epitaxial wafers and other products produced by Xi'an Tangjing Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. have broken the foreign monopoly and reached the domestic leading level in the optoelectronic chip segment. The company benefited from the "Xiguang Model" incubation of the Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
