Tyco Tianrun launches 1200V SiC MOSFET and achieves mass production and shipment

In response to market demand, Tyco Tianrun has launched 1200V 30/40/60/80mΩ SiC MOSFETs and achieved mass production and shipment. These MOSFET products are characterized by robustness against shocks and have accumulated a lot of practical operating experience in applications such as electric vehicle charging modules.
