China Resources Microelectronics launches high-performance IGBT products

China Resources Microelectronics has launched the 650V fifth-generation (Trench FS V) high-performance IGBT series products, which are suitable for charging piles, uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS), on-board chargers (OBC) and other fields.
