Zhixin Semiconductor independently develops IGBT modules

Zhixin Semiconductor is a new company jointly established by Dongfeng Motor and CRRC Corporation Limited. In July 2021, the IGBT modules independently developed by Zhixin Semiconductor officially rolled off the production line. The first batch of IGBT modules are planned to be installed on Dongfeng Fengshen, Lantu and other independent brand models.
