Alps' first DOM car is a competitor to Tesla Model Y

DOM, the first model of NIO's sub-brand Alps, is positioned as a pure electric coupe SUV and will compete with Tesla Model Y. DOM plans to start trial production in July this year, and is expected to be mass-produced and delivered in the second half of the year. The new car will be available in two battery versions, 60kWh and 90kWh, with a thinner battery pack to increase the space inside the car. In addition, the new car will be compatible with NIO's third-generation battery swap station and will be equipped with a new generation of self-developed motors and 4D millimeter-wave radar.
