Mitsubishi Electric and Coherent Collaborate to Expand 200mm SiC Power Device Production

Mitsubishi Electric and Coherent have reached a cooperation to expand the production of 200mm SiC power devices. Coherent will supply 200mm n-type 4H-SiC substrates for SiC power devices produced in Mitsubishi Electric's future new factory.
