The second phase of the project of Fujian Jingxu Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has been fully capped, and internal decoration work is currently underway, with the goal of meeting the conditions for equipment simulation by the end of the year. The project is about the production of high-frequency filter chips based on new materials of gallium oxide piezoelectric thin films. Construction began in December 2023 with a total investment of 1.68 billion yuan and covers an area of ​​136 acres. After completion of the project, it will become the world's first ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor high-frequency filter chip production line, with an estimated annual output of 400kk and an output value of approximately 1 billion yuan. This will fill the gap in the field of new materials of gallium oxide piezoelectric thin films in China and have an important impact on the development of the new materials industry in Shanghang County.
