TSMC's 3nm production capacity may be in short supply

According to industry sources, TSMC's 3nm family utilization has climbed to over 95%. With strong growth in demand for its N3E process from Apple and other customers, TSMC's capacity supply at the 3nm node may soon be insufficient. It is reported that Apple's latest M4 chip is manufactured using TSMC's N3E process to power the new generation of iPad Pro.
