Volkswagen denies stopping development of ID.3 model

Recently, there are reports that Volkswagen will stop the development of the ID.3 model and replace it with a pure electric version of the Golf. In response, Volkswagen said that the company has not suspended the development plan of the ID.3 model. It is reported that Volkswagen is planning to electrify some of its classic fuel models such as the Golf, which is expected to be implemented gradually starting in 2030. However, this does not mean that the pure electric version of the Golf will replace the ID.3. Volkswagen may not cancel this model for the time being because of the excellent sales performance of the ID.3.
