Since its establishment, Anjian Semiconductor has successfully achieved mass production of three product lines: IGBT, SGT-MOS, and SJ-MOS. The company's products have been recognized by many domestic application customers and have been operating stably in many fields, demonstrating the technical strength of Anjian Semiconductor. At present, the company has launched a 1200V-17mΩ SiC MOSFET with completely independent intellectual property rights, and is simultaneously building a SiC module packaging production line and developing a new generation of GaN technology and products.
