Jingneng Micro launched automotive-grade IGBT chips and modules, with world-class performance

In the first half of 2023, Jingneng Micro launched 750V and 1200V platform IGBT and FRD chips, with performance indicators reaching the world's first-class level. In addition, Jingneng Micro has also completed the research and development of a variety of automotive-grade power modules, including full-bridge, half-bridge, single-tube and single-switch modules, covering a power range of 30kW-200kW.
