Xiaomi's super motor V8s has entered mass production and will be installed in vehicles in 2025

Xiaomi Super Motor V6 and V6s were jointly developed with UMC and Inovance, with a rotation speed of 21,000 rpm. In addition, Xiaomi has also developed its own Xiaomi Super Motor V8s, with a rotation speed of 27,200 rpm. According to Lei Jun, V8s has been mass-produced and will be used in automobiles in 2025. Some automotive evaluation media have conducted actual tests on engineering vehicles equipped with V8s motors, and the results show that its rotation speed can reach more than 30,000 rpm. However, Xiaomi still calibrates the rated speed of V8s at 27,200 rpm.
