Silan Microelectronics Xiamen Silan Minggai Compound Semiconductor Company SiC Power Device Production Line Project Acceptance

The construction project of the silicon carbide power device production line of Xiamen Silan Minggai Compound Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Silan Microelectronics, has passed the acceptance. The production line mainly produces SiC power chip products, with an annual production capacity of 288,000 MOSFET chips and 288,000 SBD chips per year.
