GAC Group recently applied for a patent titled "An Aircraft Battery System", which aims to improve the battery performance and safety of aircraft. The patent involves a new battery system design, including multiple battery packs, each of which contains a series of components, such as high-voltage electrical components, battery management system components, etc. This design helps prevent battery packs from catching fire, while reducing weight by reducing structural parts, and improving space utilization and energy density.
