Integration of CATARC and CIRC accelerates

China Inspection and Quarantine, the controlling shareholder of China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd., transferred its 40.00% equity interest in Tianjin Tianxin and 50.00% equity interest in Tianjin Tianhao to the company. This move is to resolve the issue of horizontal competition and help the company better utilize China Inspection and Quarantine's resources, including qualifications, customers and networks.
