Founded in 2015, Zonghui Xingguang focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) laser chips and epitaxial wafers. As one of the earliest domestic companies engaged in the research and development of VCSEL laser chips for 3D sensing applications, Zonghui Xingguang has its own epitaxial production line and packaging and testing production line, providing research and development, manufacturing and services for VCSEL laser chips, modules and epitaxial wafers. Its core products include VCSEL chips for 3D sensing applications and high-power VCSEL chip solutions for LiDAR.
