GM plans to produce 200,000 to 300,000 all-electric vehicles this year equipped with Ultium battery packs

GM aims to build 200,000 to 300,000 all-electric vehicles this year using its Ultium battery packs, about 20 times more than last year. While that goal is far lower than the company's previous ambitions, Chief Financial Officer Paul Jacobson said the company has resolved most of its Ultium issues and is on track to achieve the goal.
