USI successfully acquired the automotive wireless business of TE Connectivity

USI announced that it has completed the acquisition of Tyco Electronics' automotive wireless business (Hirschmann). The transaction was completed on October 27. Hirschmann Automotive Communications will continue to be led by the existing management team and is committed to providing customers with the most advanced automotive wireless solutions and adding value to USI's business portfolio.
