Chengdu Ultrapure completes new round of financing, BYD is the sole investor

Chengdu Ultrapure Applied Materials Co., Ltd. recently completed a new round of financing, exclusively invested by BYD Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 2005 and focuses on the research and development and production of semiconductor etching devices, high-power laser devices and special ceramics.
