Shanghai adjusts the regulations on the auction of non-commercial passenger car quotas

The Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission's official website released a draft revision of the "Shanghai Non-commercial Passenger Vehicle Quota Auction Management Regulations", which optimized the eligibility requirements for participating in the auction. The "continuous payment of social insurance or personal income tax" requirement for non-local residents has been adjusted from 3 consecutive years to 1 consecutive year.
