Innoscience's low-voltage automotive-grade GaN products are mass-produced in automotive LiDAR

In 2023, Innoscience's low-voltage automotive-grade GaN products have been successfully applied to automotive LiDARs of leading automakers and have been put into mass production. In addition, Innoscience has also launched a new 100V automotive-grade GaN device, which has passed AEC-Q101 certification and is suitable for automotive-grade LiDARs in autonomous driving and other advanced driver assistance system applications.
