Microsoft provides support for AI chip development

Microsoft is developing an AI chip called Maia 100 for training and reasoning large language models. The chip is manufactured using TSMC's 5nm process. In addition, Microsoft is developing another chip using Intel's 18A process node. Intel expects that its 18A process will have better energy consumption than TSMC's 2nm process.
