Zhiji Auto announced that it will launch its first extended-range SUV in the first quarter of next year, which will compete with Ideal L7. It is reported that the project was launched in the second half of last year, aiming to quickly occupy the market through SUV positioning. Zhiji Auto's first extended-range product will be transformed based on SAIC Group's E1 platform architecture, which supports larger battery packs and series architecture. Liu Tao, co-CEO of Zhiji Auto, once said that extended-range products still have market potential in the next three to five years.
