At 6 pm on December 19, Jiyue employees finally received their aftermath plan. After seven days of difficult negotiations, Jiyue COO Luo Gang announced the plan. According to this plan, Baidu and Geely will jointly fund and pay the relevant amounts on behalf of Jiyue employees. Employee compensation will be provided according to the "N+1" standard, and unused annual leave and adjusted leave will also be converted accordingly. Salaries will be settled until December 20, 2024, and social security and provident fund will be paid for employees until December 2024.
