Chinese copper foil makers Hailiang Group and Zhongke Xingcheng plan to set up factories in Morocco

Chinese copper foil producer Hailiang Group and lithium battery negative electrode material manufacturer Zhongke Xingcheng announced plans to build two factories near Tangier, Morocco, to produce copper and anodes, key components of electric vehicle batteries, respectively. This decision reflects Morocco's attractiveness in the electric vehicle industry chain.
