Tianyue Advanced has three bases in China, located in Jinan, Shanghai and Jining, and each base undertakes different production tasks. The Jining base is mainly responsible for single crystal production, while the Jinan base has 2-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch SiC substrate production lines and has the research and development and production capabilities of epitaxial wafers. The layout of these bases provides strong support for Tianyue Advanced's continued growth in SiC business.
