In 2023, China Science and Technology Feitek expects to achieve revenue of 850 million to 900 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.92% to 76.74%; net profit is expected to be 115 million to 165 million yuan, a significant year-on-year increase of 860% to 1280%. Many of the company's equipment has been applied to domestic integrated circuit manufacturing production lines with a process of 28nm and above.
