Introduction to the establishment background of CNMC

CNMC Zhengyuan was established on November 28, 2022, with a registered capital of RMB 1.53 billion. It was jointly established by CNMC International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNMC International Trading) and Xiamen Tungsten New Energy Co., Ltd. CNMC International Trading holds 57% of the shares, while Xiamen Tungsten New Energy Co., Ltd. holds 43% of the shares.
