Wuyang Parking and Youdian Chuangfu jointly established Weichuan Youdian New Energy

Wuyang Parking Company announced that it will establish a joint venture with Youdian Chuangfu to establish WeiChuang Youdian New Energy Company, of which Wuyang Parking will invest 25.5 million yuan and hold 51% of the shares. The new company will be committed to the development of the entire industry chain from energy storage system integrated design to investment and operation and maintenance of industrial and commercial energy storage projects.
