Yita Semiconductor Completes Pre-A Round of Financing of Tens of Millions

Yita Semiconductor announced that it has successfully completed a round of Pre-A financing of tens of millions of yuan, with investors including Hefei Haiheng Science and Technology Investment Fund and related industry investors. The company focuses on the research and development of semiconductor process equipment, has developed epitaxy systems (MOCVD) and annealing systems (laser annealing/RTP), and provides SiC/GaN epitaxial growth solutions and a variety of thermal treatment solutions.
