Yita Semiconductor has two major production and research bases in China, located in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone and Deqing Zhejiang University of Technology Science Park. Among them, the Hefei project is about to be put into trial operation, with a total investment of 350 million yuan. The first phase of the project has a construction area of 4,000 square meters, mainly developing and producing MOCVD epitaxial systems and RTP rapid thermal processing systems.
