Honeycomb Energy's cumulative losses in three and a half years exceeded 3 billion yuan

According to the prospectus of Honeycomb Energy, the company achieved operating income of 929 million yuan, 1.736 billion yuan, 4.474 billion yuan and 3.738 billion yuan from 2019 to 2021 and the first half of 2022, respectively; but recorded net profits of -326 million yuan, -701 million yuan, -1.154 billion yuan and -897 million yuan, respectively, with a cumulative loss of more than 3 billion yuan. The company said that the main reasons for the loss were high-intensity R&D investment, capacity ramp-up and rising raw material procurement prices.
