Luxin Semiconductor invests in high-precision integrated circuit mask production line

Luxin Semiconductor announced that it will invest in the construction of a high-precision integrated circuit mask production line in Suzhou Industrial Park. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase plans to invest 1.439 billion yuan, mainly producing masks for nodes of 45 nanometers and above, and the annual income is expected to be 710 million yuan after reaching full production; the second phase plans to invest 561 million yuan to achieve the production of masks for nodes of 28 nanometers and above, and the annual income is expected to be 980 million yuan after reaching full production.
