Jiangxi Copper Foil GEM IPO terminated

Jiangxi Copper announced the termination of the spin-off of its holding subsidiary Jiangxi Copper Foil to be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market and withdrew the relevant listing application documents. Jiangxi Copper Foil plans to raise 2 billion yuan, which will be used for expansion projects and to supplement working capital.
